With a broad base of clients, Mr. Escobar brings a distinct sensitivity to his projects. He has received recognition and acclaim in New York for his work on several high profile residential projects like The Chelsea Club, The Gretsch Building, and now The Corner at 200 West 72nd. His most recent projects include the restoration of the lobby in the original NY Times building, condo projects The District at 111 Fulton, and Harsen House, the first LEED-certified project in the Upper West Side.
